This company is on the “Best Company” list, that was not my interview experience, it was awful! I met with Assistant Manager and Manager who led me to conclude that we were all “on board” described “my” job responsibilities. Interviewed for 1 1/2 hours, advised they would follow up next week. Felt very positive about the position. Week went by, then two and no one got back to me. I called twice in the next two weeks, left messages with receptionist. No courtesy of a return call! Finally, I sent an email to Manager requesting a status update. Instead of connecting with me directly, I received a v/m message from a recruiter! Really surprised, I expected them to be “ world class” which they are clearly not! Moving on in my search. Advice for Navy Federal to create a professional environment.
