Entretien
Short, simple and to the point. Most of the Questions were yes or no answers with a few Scenarios in regards to customer service. Hypothetical complaints that can occur during the course of the day and how you would handle them to satisfy the customer and get them to return. Also had a few questions in regards to "teamwork" and attendance.
