Step 1, phone screen by in-house recruiter. Customary questions asked. Step 2, invited to interview over the phone with a couple people on the team. One person, a program manager, the other person, in QA. The questions were quite basic and I got the impression they had only a couple years of experience. They did mention that I had a lot of relevant experience, so it was recognized, but that's not what they wanted. Not sure what the organization is like, but the whole thing seemed silly. They should say in the job description that they want, say, 3-5 years of experience, because then people like me with extensive experience will not waste our time. Unless they were using the interviews to train their staff how to interview, and never had any intention of following through. Who knows. But be aware of this.
