Gave 8 interviews with Navi including 3 in-person rounds. Almost all interviews were rescheduled at least once due to last moment unavailability of interviewers I was given an offer in Jan’23 but I had to decline due to compensation expectations. I was again reached out a month later to attend another interview if i was still interested saying that now they would be able to meet my expectations. HR did not respond back post that interview. After investing so much time in the process, I was looking forward to join Navi
