Completely a waste of time. I got a call from a recruiter and he conducted multiple rounds 4 of interviews and each round was for an hour. And after the last round of interviews, he disappeared. I followed up for an offer letter but there was no response. It's unprofessional behavior, I would never recommend to anyone to go through such 4 rounds of interviews where there is no result.
