Standard interview process - initial call with a recruiter (25m), second call with a manager (30m), role play call with a manager according a script they send (take time to prepare), in-person interview with 3 people. Everyone is very nice and presentable, they were interested in my background and sales approach. No gotcha questions. They are interested in how you can add value to the sales efforts of the firm.

Not the company to work for. Office is appalling and the sales team appeared to be in disarray at the office. Management didn't understand their own headcount and has a pause on hiring. 4 rounds of interviews. 1st is recruiter screen, 2nd is the interview with the hiring manager. 3rd is an interview with a current SDR at Navan/director of sales back to back, 4th interview is a slide deck presentation.
