J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Naval Sea Systems Command (Blacksburg, VA) en oct. 2020
Entretien
Relatively organized, interviewer was very young and relatable. Questions were based around ability to travel and specialty in the classroom (favorite subjects and programs) along with how comfortable the interviewee would be in the Norfolk area.

super casual, interviewers were super nice, one of them seemed like he hated his job but the other two should be salesmen. I did a good amount of prep work, but they asked super basic questions, very laid back process for me at least.

May vary depending on group. Only had 1 behavior interview. Received an offer about 1 month after the interview. The recruiter interviewed me, however the direct hiring manager may also be the one interviewing.

Went through a list of questions, did not feel very conversational and they didn’t open up to me a lot, which left me with a feeling of “meh”. Seems like the work is mostly just maintenance and technical writing, not much actual engineering. They said expect to hear back within a month or so if you move on in the process.

My advice would be to remember that safety and following rules in number one important. There was one sorta technical question that was really designed to see how you think and solve problems, just go with it.
