Behavioral interview, basic scenario-based questions. Examples from me were "Describe a time where your team had to adopt a new technology", etc. Overall the interview is very good and leads to a on-site evaluation.

One-on-one behavioral interview. I spoke to them at my school's career fair and, without seeing my resume, their representative scheduled an interview with me on the spot. The interview took place the next day at my school. It was purely behavioral.
