I was referred to the recruiter by another recruiter who I knew. The Nauticus recruiter was very easy to talk with and we quickly established a good rapport. He gave me a lot of helpful information about their client and what it was like to work for the client. Overall he prepared me very well for my interview with the hiring manager at the client.
