I received an email expressing interest in conducting a phone interview. The next week, I had a phone interview with 2 people on the marketing team. After that interview, they asked me to come into the office for an in person interview. Very laid back, very conversational! I felt very much at ease and comfortable. The interview lasted about an hour, and I left feeling great! I was offered the job that same day.
