Poor process. Senior management is quite demeaning if you come from smaller companies. There is not much in terms of learning from the senior management. Won't recommend going for it

It was nice and multi rounds were conducted also selection were stringent also the different types of round like GD , Technical and HR. Also the candidates were evaluated in multi dimensionally

Process having 3 rounds- 1st with HR associate as screening round, 2nd with Sales Manager, and last final round with Corporate HR. The whole process focuses on your introduction, confidence, knowledge of sales and marketing, why you want to choose this field and having situation-based questions as well.
