The interviewer called me without scheduling in advance and was very impatient. He only asked for personal details and said he would send me a test to proceed. The next day, I received an email saying they weren’t moving forward with no clear reason. The interviewer didn’t ask me anything substantial—just who I am and what I do—so there was nothing to disqualify me for. I showed interest in the role, and everything seemed fine.

I have applied to Natural Intelligence multiple times in the past, but unfortunately, my experiences with them have not been positive. On one occasion, I was declined after an interview without any clear explanation, receiving only a vague response stating that no feedback could be provided. In another instance, after just a brief five-minute HR call, I was sent a task requiring an hour and a half to complete. Despite the significant time investment, I received minimal feedback about why it was not successful.

I had a first call with them. Followed by a review and then a technical take home 90 minute exam. The exam was weird. They had a few datasets that needed joining to do the analysis and then wanted me to come up with conclusions. They also asked to talk about growth or decline in second half of year and why- but the data only showed data from the second half- so there wasn't a great way to answer the question. I will say though that they were very nice and professional
