I submitted my resume and within a few days I got a call back. They flew me out to Midland picked me up from the airport and we had the first part of the interview. I met a few of my future coworkers in person and then went to lunch with the VP and the CEO. We interviewed over lunch and then came back to the office where we concluded the interview. Took me back to the airport and I caught my plane. Their hospitality was second to none. Great company to work for.
