J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Natren (Thousand Oaks, CA) en juill. 2016
Entretien
Applied through an online job portal, I was contacted two months after by phone.
After reading the reviews on Glassdoor, I was a bit scared to go to the interview and actually working there. From the moment I entered, I checked if everything describes here was real: fingerprint when you arrive, signing the book to go to the bathroom, email to attendance and I saw a few things that showed me this was accurate.
I interviewed with the HR person and the owners. Huge lack of knowledge about what marketing and digital marketing are about. Natren seems to have decent quality products but the company practices a management that belongs to the 40's in a Soviet union. While I was mentioning about the importance of good online reputation (their Glassdoor reviews) and the fact that people should be happy at work, the answer I got was "We are already paying them, this should be enough to make them happy"... Yeah. So disappointing. Not to mention I was asked to prepare a whole digital marketing strategy for them. They said they were impressed, asked for a copy and... I did not hear from them for a month, until I called. They said they had chosen another candidate but still were wondering if I would be interested to become a contractor. I said that I was ok and then... they ghosted me AGAIN. I called, left messages and emails. NOT serious or reliable attitude. If this is what it takes after to get paid, it does not worth anyone's energy and time.

phone, kinda nutty questions. Questions: Ever called in sick on a Friday or Monday? Every take things home with you after the end of the day? Drink on the job?
