Entretien
Walk in, meet the manager, talk for several short minutes. Talk about where you've been before, talk about how close you live to the specific store, talk about your availability, talk about your level of passion for vegan food, talk about when you can start. It's very easy, you just talk to the GM and he asks basic interview questions like those above.
Entretien
Was interviewed twice before being offered the job. Met with both the GM and the AM. Interview was one-on-one both times. Some of my coworkers reported only being interviewed once before being hired. Overall they did not vet their employees very well. Many unmotivated and incompetent employees were hired who would eventually quit.
