Online application - recruiter from HR called for a screening process and to set up a phone interview. Asked about the resume and behavioral based questions. I was then offered an in-person interview in the office with two Supervisors. I was asked too first pick out 3 words out of 8 that describe myself and my reasoning for it. The interview was about 30 minutes and was also behavioral based questions.

Tell me about a time when you had too many things to do and you were required to prioritize your tasks.
This was one of the more difficult interviews I have been to. They sat me in a room with two hiring managers, one of whom was typing notes and the other one asking the questions. The best advice I have for any prospective interviewee is this: know the STAR method (situation, task, action, result). Most of the questions they are “Tell me about a situation when…” type questions.
