2 step interview process. First part is submitting typed and voice recorded responses for 5-7 generic interview questions. Second part is the actual live interview. I believe most are done via a Microsoft teams video call at this point. Managers are very nice and they give you the opportunity to circle back to a question you may have had to think about a bit more. A very low stress interview experience.
