J'ai postulé via une autre source. J'ai passé un entretien chez Nationwide (Aberdeen, Écosse) en mars 2015
Entretien
It was an evening walk in interview event and they divided an interview into 2 sections. Each section has approximately 7-8 candidates. The event started with an introduction of the company, the STAR method and the current availability of this branch by HR manager and branch manager. The interviewer then took me to the small room to conduct a face to fact interview. She asked me about my personal details, what I am doing with my life, why do I want to work here, what do I do when I face a hard customer and give her an example of the idea and bring to the group meeting. After that, she told me that the successful candidate will receive a second interview which will conduct as a small group activity.

I applied online and had a telephone interview. I am currently waiting to hear back from nationwide regarding the next stage of the process. The telephone interview is not hard just a few quick questions just make sure you prepare. What I tend to do when I prepare for an interview is to have bullet points on best points why the company, why this role and why they should hire me. Good luck to anyone having the interview!
