It was an evening walk in interview event and they divided an interview into 2 sections. Each section has approximately 7-8 candidates. The event started with an introduction of the company, the STAR method and the current availability of this branch by HR manager and branch manager. The interviewer then took me to the small room to conduct a face to fact interview. She asked me about my personal details, what I am doing with my life, why do I want to work here, what do I do when I face a hard customer and give her an example of the idea and bring to the group meeting. After that, she told me that the successful candidate will receive a second interview which will conduct as a small group activity.

Standard online application followed by an online situation based assessment and an in person interview with the branch manager and regional manager who joined the interview remotely as they were running late
