I showed in workday after applying. Shortly after my assessments were reviewed I was given a virtual interview. Following that interview there was a small wait, but then I was given a formal interview time to speak with hiring managers at nationwide. This is my last step. The process was very efficient and I assume thorough. I assume that is why there was a short delay in getting the last interview. This interview will be what decides whether I'll have a future at nationwide. The recruiting team were very helpful, friendly and obliging. This last interview Is scheduled for an hour. This gives me hope that nationwide will have a chance to get to know me and see that I'm a good fit for the claims dept with the company. Speaking with others about the length of the last interview feedback was filled with worry that there would be complications. I saw it as an opportunity to show the hiring managers that I'm equipped for the position. The hour I hope to use wisely in selling myself. Overall the interview process was not difficult, but friendly and resources were unlimited in terms of help getting through the company's process to those maybe not so confident or to those who'd like a guide and structure.
