Le processus a pris plus de 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Nationwide
Entretien
There were 3 interviews spread out over 6 weeks. In the second interview I was told if you make it to the third interview “you basically have the job”. I felt I had a great interview and connection with the team and management I met in the interviews and had more than enough experience. I’m the 7th week I was emailed telling me I was a finalist they just needed two references. I gave them the information of two of my most recent managers and a coworker and They reached out to one manager who tried to call them back but couldn’t get in touch and in week 8 they sent me a generic email saying they went in another direction but to try applying for other positions. I also was never told the location of the office, the schedule or anything bout the compensation. It was a very frustrating process it felt a little bit like they were keeping me waiting in case the person they wanted internally didn’t work out. After that long and that many encounters it was very disappointing to not get any response from any one I spoke with there but I guess I know next time to just give up after a few weeks of waiting on a company’s response. In hindsight I’m grateful to not be working for someone who would disrespect people’s time and efforts that much.
