Pretty thorough. They will train you so just be yourself. They are very down to earth and are almost doubling in size so you will have a good chance of getting this job as long as you are honest, up front and show them you want to work there.

It was a very laid back process and I liked the people there. I think this has to be a right fit for you to succeed here, not every one feels good about taking money from people who can’t afford what they are selling
