The interview was conducted circa a year ago, but it was a really good experience, so I decided to review it. They arranged a technical interview at the company location, and sent an excel document containing the HR test (not a test actually, but question that aimed to know the candidate personality) that can save an extra visit time in some other companies. Before The technical interview, I had to take an IQ test. And then I met the interviewer (software architectural engineer) he was so nice , and we had a great conversation on several topics (.NET and SQL) . Also the HR team there are professionals and nice and know how to manage interviews. After a week they called me for the final interview with the HR manager, the interview took about 80~120 minutes, he was nice and a good listener, I enjoyed talking with him. This was one of the best interviews I had.
