J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez National Security Agency (Fort Meade, MD) en déc. 2017
Entretien
I applied online, then had a phone interview about 2 months later. 1 month after that I went to Fort Meade for my language test and operational interview. The interview was very standard; interviewer was friendly but didn't seem particularly excited/impressed by me. She was overall very hard to read so I left feeling discouraged but got an offer from my recruiter (different person, whom I had never talked to) 6 weeks after. I'm now in the long process of getting my security clearance, which could take anywhere from 6-36 months......
Interview was conducted online, without a proctor. It allowed you to read the question, think of your answer for about thirty seconds, and then record. If you didn't like your answer you had another attempt to record.

Question 1
Tell me about the culture of the language you speak.

The test took 3 hours which was the most important part of the process. If you get good scores the interview should be a breeze. We took a writing, reading, and listening test and the results came out the next day and were sent to the recruiter.

Super simple language test that allows a total of six hours, of which intermediate proficiency requires much less time than the two three-hour blocks of time. Given a CJO a week after the test, but declined since the process can take up to 42 weeks
