J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez National Security Agency (Hanover, MD) en févr. 2018
Entretien
Interviewed by one person, the agency was interviewing dozens of people. I applied online, got a call, then an offer to come interview. My interviewer was one of the nicest people I have interviewed with, made me feel at ease, like we were having a friendly conversation.

The process was straightforward. I found the interviewer to be easy to talk to. The interview lasted about an hour. I was extended an offer within a few weeks.

Entretien
I did my first interview and then was given a contingent job offer in November. I then waited months until I could get started with the background checks which didn't seem to begin until February. I seemed to pass all this and then was flown up for a polygraph and psych exam in May. I was told that I passed all of this and then was given a new recruiter because my previous one had been unresponsive. I was told by my new recruiter that if I passed all of the exams(which I was told I had) then I had nothing to worry about, just needed to wait to receive the clearance. I then waited all summer waiting to hear back. I tried to check in with my recruiter by phone and email about once every 3-4 weeks and very rarely heard back from her. One of the few times I was able to get her on the phone she hung up on me right when I said my name and then never returned my calls. In early August I woke up to a cookie cutter email saying that they have rescinded my offer and I must mail them a letter to find out why. It has now been 2 weeks since I mailed them the letter and I still have not heard back. My advice is not to stay away from the NSA but instead to not ever think that you have the job locked down until you start working there.
