Personal Interview taken by the General Manager and HR Generalist. Most questions asked were situational and related to the SOPs of the company. As I was an internal applicant they most likely was interested to know if I am competitive committed to this role.

2 rounds were conducted, 1st with the HR , phone interview, 2nd with the Operations Managers.General questions were asked, that is where all the trouble is.Questions related to Warehouse safety were asked.They just asked if I knew excel and how much, thats it.

Asked a questions about warehousing and WMS. Wasn’t too hard as long as you know how a WMS works. Then general soft skills questions. Like what are you strengths and weaknesses stuff like that.
