Asked about experience in family law, what legal aid is and competency questions such as ability to be able to work with vulnerable clients etc. The people were friendly and it was overall a pleasant experience

You will first have a phone interview with a recruiter, who will ask a series of questions as to why you are interested in this position and what experience you have in the field. If successful, you will have a Teams interview with the recruiter and the Supervising Solicitor in the branch you applied for.
