Please do not waste your time with these guys, They first give a HireVue which takes around 1 hour. Record yourself answering 6 questions and play 2 games, Each question had about 30 seconds of prep time and 3mins to answer. You could re-record up to 4 times.
The games take another 40 minutes. They are mindless pattern-matching and recognition games. Then it takes them a month to review these videos and let you know if you progressed.
After the month I got rejected with the typical template and asked me to give them feedback on the process. But they don't give feedback on why the managers didn't select you after wasting all that time on those prerecorded questions.
So I'd say spend your time and energy applying to other companies instead.

Why do you want to work for us and how many other hoops can you jump through with this 4-month process we have created?
AI interview for the first round that was behavioral but pretty specific and not a fun experience. Think we all prefer speaking to a real person. Decently hard to come up with examples in the moment as they were not prototypical behavioral questions.
I got the first round interview which is a online assessment, have 6 behavioral questions and 2 game question.
EG. Why do you want to work for National Grid? What interests you in the Graduate Development Program?
Tell me about a time you had to change your course of action while working on an assignment.
Tell me about a time when you set difficult goals for a project and the steps you took to achieve these goals.

Entretien
Started with an initial application then got sent a few skills assessments and had to complete a pre recorded interview. After passing those you get invited for a final interview to decide offers.
