After submitting the online application they review it and send you a link to complete the online tests within a few days. Online tests were in Spatial awareness, mechanical ability and a personality test. The fist two of these are pretty tricky but I doubt the pass mark is too high. You have 7 days to complete this. After that, should you succeed, you are invited to book a telephone interview. You are sent a number of slots to choose from (mine were all within the same week). This was competency based, a little daunting at first but fine once you get into it - these were competency based and they send you a sheet with what they define as competencies. I am now waiting to hear back to see if I have passed this stage or not. The final stage is an assessment centre.
