Entretien
The interview was 1/2 hour. Behavioral questions were asked along with questions about general PIP knowledge. I knew I had the knowledge and passed the interview. About two hours later a recruiter reaches out and extends the offer and completely low balls the amount which I filled out in the initial application. The recruiter also questioned why I was worth that amount and try to correct me when I said I had a "plethora" of experience. An insult to say the least. That is why there is a such high turnover because adjusters are not making what they deserve.
