I went through two coffee chats and a technical interview with Nascent, commuting two hours each way on three separate occasions. All of the skills and experience they said they were looking for were clearly on my resume from the beginning. After all that, they told me they needed “someone more experienced.” This could have been determined before wasting over twelve hours of my time between travel and interviews. Poor candidate screening, unprofessional, and no regard for applicants’ time.
