J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Narvar en mars 2022
Entretien
I was referred by a close friend to apply and interview at Narvar. I had an interview with the hiring manager, two interviews with current team members, and then a final presentation. Overall I did not feel welcome during the interviews - the manager and one of the team members didn't seem to care who I was and just weren't very friendly to be honest. After I completed the final presentation, I never heard back from anyone. I followed up with the recruiter, and still never heard back. Huge red flag and probably a sign that I would not want to work for this company. Pretty disrespectful to ghost a candidate after they spend a lot of their own time preparing and taking time away from a current job to go through the entire interview process.
We’re so sorry that this happened. This is not our typical process, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We are following up to ensure that this doesn’t happen again.

Although the process was lengthy, the team consistently kept me informed and communicated clear next steps throughout each stage. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and transparent about the role, responsibilities, and expectations. I really appreciated how open and approachable the team was, which made the overall experience feel organized, positive, and well managed.

Long and disapointing, met with about 6-7 people to pretty much cover the same questions and was very repetitive. Some interviews had gaps of 10-14 days and did get to the final stage.
Had really good feedback from everyone and all said they loved speaking with me and wanted to pass me to the next stage. When I met the CCO in this final stage I can honestly say this call was the worst call experience I've had in any interview. Rude, interrupted numerous times, asked you a question that you started to answer and she would dive in and interrupt to ask another or act surprised when you give the answers that you give.
Given I've read she's a long term friend of the CEO and looking at feedback, I'm glad I never got this position as they both sound horrible to work for and a toxic work environement.
