One HR screen, one "technical" screen and an onsite.
I put quotes around technical since it wasn't really technical. They just asked me my experience level and some questions about joins in SQL. They seemed most concerned with me being out of state and how soon I could join if extended an offer.
The onsite was extremely unstructured. Two of the interviewers I met were out of the office, including the HR representative that I was corresponding with throughout the process. I ended meeting 3 people, 2 of who asked me random questions that had nothing to do with the position or technologies I would be working with. The interviewers were nice though.
Note to HR: If you do not want to hire out of state candidates, please do not waste both of our times.
