J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez NanoString (Seattle, WA) en juill. 2016
Entretien
The interview process consisted of three rounds. Initial phone call from the recruiter to discuss the position, general hr questions, and general technical and cultural fit question. Followed by a technical phone screen from a senior manager. The final interview was onsite for 4 hours. First was the recruiter to go over the day, then the senior manager, then two principal software engineers, then another senior software engineer and software engineer in test. The interview blocks were 45 minutes each. They provided lunch and drinks and handled the interview process very well. The building was really nice as well and parking was easy to find.

Question 1
I would love to help others out but unfortunately I signed an NDA. The questions are what you would expect at typical SE interviews.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez NanoString (Seattle, WA) en mai 2019
Entretien
Was contacted by a 3rd party recruiter, and put in touch with someone at NanoString who I had a non-technical phone interview with. I was then given a take-home test. The take-home test was a bit 'long winded' and featured a lot of requirements. I was pretty turned off the 3rd party recruiter (not a NanoString employee) and the length of the assessment. I declined the on-site interview as I thought it might hint at a company culture that doesn't respect an employees time.
