PS: As far as the process goes, we try not to gauge people's potential from their past experience only. Their current self seems to be a better indicator of it. So, irrespective of their background, articulation, clarity of thought, art of story-telling, grit in character and structured thinking is what we look for. For that, simple constructs/experiences from one's life serve as a good instrument, for reasons of familiarity. We know its a little unusual; pursuit of excellence usually is. It has worked well for us in the past. That said, there are always avenues for us to learn.
