Initially there were 3 rounds of longline test. One was aptitude, second the coding test and third technical round of MCQ . All these rounds took 2.5 hrs.
After clearing all these rounds there were 2 technical Interviews. And I got a call that the feedback is positive and they asked me about the CTC expectation and the negotiations.
When I was waiting for the offer , then they call me to have more technical interview which was 6th round. In that round they basically tried to push me down. And after all these rounds which took 5-6 hrs total. They say that we can not offer you the position.
Why do you waste the candidate's time and give false hopes if you can't offer them. Do you really need so many rounds to reach this conclusion?
