I was reached for the Tech Lead position for API Management, as there is a long technical process for 3 Test and 2 Interviews, after going thru all that, HR responds me that my experience was too high for the job position, Not sure if HR did't know there job or team who wants to hire don't know there requirements, please stop wasting time of others.

The interview process was pretty streamlined. Got test on email which I cleared, After that there were 2 technical rounds. Post that managerial and HR rounds. It was an easy interview.
