Interview process was very smooth. Received the Communication from HR's on timely basis about my application. Hiring process is a necessary element for organizational success. The transition from the accepted letter through the onboarding process and into the early period of employment is very good.

Process not good. I appeared for 3 rounds and its almost more than 2 weeks, still no update from HR. Called HR multiple times for the update, he said you are selected and we are waiting for updates, there are some internal assessments ongoing for your profile. Advice to Management, If there is no open position then please do not take interviews.
