I interviewed with Naggaro recently 20th July 2019 for Devops profile ( Shell Scripting with Puppet) it was a walk in. The process was clear but it took my whole day since there was lots of candidate and the panel was very slow. However i got selected in all rounds (2 technical ) and 1 MCQ, also i have been done with the HR interview (he did all the salary discussion and joining confirmation.) After reaching back to him after 1 week he said that they guys are matching the profile, i was like WTF what you were doing previously you even called me for interview mentioning that your profile was got short listed even your technical panel did selected me, i even seen that rating of my technical interview that was 8/10, he then said we will update you by next week. After doing multiple followup he replied your profile is not matching with the current available JD and we have kept your profile under consideration. The technical guy even told me that i will be fit in Automation Profile in their requirement. when i told him this he told me that there are various parameters to consider any profile. idk what was that since i have given interviews in many places but this was something new to me, i heard alot of good things about Naggaro that it is a very good organisation to work. But after facing the worst ever experience i will be never going to this place again.
