Sharing my interview experience with all of u just to make u familiar with the other side of Nagarro (Gurgaon). I don't have any personal problems with Nagarro. I respect to the people who look for opportunities and struggle to crack them. After a lot of follow-ups I was agreed to visit for a face-to-face at Nagarro for UX Consultant position. I asked the recruitment consultant whether it is walk-ins or not, he said it is not going to be walk-ins. But when I reached there at Nagarro I found more than 100 candidates for the same position.
Now coming to the interview process.
U would register yourself in the reception and will go to a hall where you will complete registration. Then you will be taken to the upstairs and asked for the below test.
You will be given 4 different topics in a pdf and asked to design the solution of any topics also to artifact ur design process with justification within 2 hours. Don't worry the time can be extended bcoz their objective is to gather your process and implement the same in their organisation. My observations on this is, the design resources they have is not capable enough and they are gathering the knowledge by conducting this interviews and educating their own employees.
Next is IQ test. Don't worry this is just a formality or fabrication over the hiden truth. You would be given 12 minutes and asked to attempt 50 questions. So that people don't judge on the authenticity of this interview.
They will tell that your work that you have attempted and spent more than 2 hours out of your valuable time would be forwarded and they'll get back to you . And you would be informed that your profile hasn't been shortlisted 😀. That's how you would waste your weekend.
Don't be so fascinated by their interior and infrastructure inside the premises. Oh, forgot to mention that you would be offered free lunch 😆.
I will never recommend Nagarro for any opportunity. I hope my experience & insights will help u to choose the right employer.
