I had gone for the interview on Sat and it started with an IQ test. IQ test was easy and was a test of basic IQ(logical reasoning, Pattern recognition and basic Maths). It was followed by a case study which required me to apply Project Management principles to a real time problem. After that I was interviewed for the Managerial role and he primarily asked me some real time scenarios and it was focused around Agile principles. After that there was a second round which was telephonic as it couldn't happen on that day. The Telephonic round was again on Project Management and Agile and covered almost all aspects like Risk Management, Scope Management,etc. Finally they called me to meet the BU head and it was a F2F discussion and was more to judge my personality and the role I was looking for.
