First a MCQ test was conducted which was to check the IQ and presence of mind. Then there was technical interview based on unix and SQL. Finally it was a discussion with Manager which general about my past experience and the project details etc.

I got a call from Gurgaon HR and it was hiring for manufacturing domain support. the first round was aptitude test where 50 question was there and time given was 12 min. At experience level they should not conduct such excersie. HR sent one team lead for F2F round and the interviewer was also in hurry and just asked personal details and past project work finally HR asked me to leave for the day. When I was returning to home I got a automated mail about quality of interview survey. This simply proofs that this company conduct FAKE interview and only maintain database of candidates for showing to their clients.
