Got a call from Nagarro talent acquisition team, checked whether my expectation in terms of role and salary matches their opening, they confirmed it does, went for the interview. There was a round of IQ test followed by a Case Study and two face to face interviews, then on a later date met the HR head and BU head. One of the Directors who took the interview seemed very ignorant and arrogant, he took the entire interview with a frowning face and was making unpleasant facial expressions.
When the time came for salary negotiation, they quoted a figure too low, much below my expectation which I had conveyed to the resourcing HR. I rejected offer.

Interview with the Director of the business unit.
Just 5 mins in overall introduction and he directly jumped to general psychology questions and kept on probing on the responses I gave. Overall comfortable discussion but it felt they were looking for some specific words in my response.

Das Vorstellungsgespräch war sehr professionell. Die Gesprächsteilnehmer waren sehr gut vorbereitet. Die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm. Es war mehr eine Diskussion auf Augenhöhe, als ein klassisches Vorstellungsgespräch. Ich hatte jederzeit das Gefühl, dass die Gesprächspartner aufrichtig an meiner Vita und meinen Kenntnissen interessiert waren.
