It was referral from one of my friend , who was working at the company and received the call from hiring manager about personal interview to a fixed date and time , the interview was scheduled and it was pretty simple process of going over through the resume and basic questions.

Entretien
HR appears to really want to know if you are a good person, not just someone who can do the job. Also the case for upper management. After meeting with HR, I also met with the department heads, the CFO, and the President. It was a good over-all experience, and I left feeling confident.

General questions about my experience, but also questions about interactions with customers and vendors. Like I said, they seem to want to know what kind of person you are, that you will "respect" others around you. Doesn't seem like that should be too hard.
