I did not apply to this role, the recruiter reached out to me which makes the process all the more frustrating. The recruiter initially set up a teams meeting with just me and him and then without okaying it with me scheduled me for two additional interviews on the same day. He didn't show up to our teams meeting and we had been texting so he could have easily texted me that he wasn't able to make it. The two additional interviews actually went very well and I had a wonderful conversation with both of the interviewers. This was several weeks ago now and I have yet to hear anything even after emailing and texting the recruiter. It's extremely frustrating and very unprofessional.
