Initial 1st stage interview to cover CV, experience, achievements and delivery knowledge & experience with specific delivery, project management and Agile frameworks.
2nd stage covered a relevant case-study that was sent out prior to the 2nd round interview. 15 minutes to present then another 15-30 mins of follow up questions to test knowledge and handling of specific scenario's, finishing with further questions on specific and relevant experience related to the role and the type of clients the organisation works with.
3rd round interview with senior management which was more informal and covered all aspects of work, behaviours and suitability fit with the companies ethos and culture.
