Straight forward interview process involving both technical and behavioral questions. Their position is a NOC role advertised as Service Desk seemingly to downplay the importance and level of responsabilities involved, compensation does not match responsabilities.

Entretien
A recruiter reached out to me to see if I was interested in a level 1 position. They wanted to verify the amount of years of experience I previously had. I was directed to take a couple of assessments before continuing. After the assessments, I was asked if an hourly wage offer and full-time was acceptable to me. After confirming I received a more official interview from NTT DATA directly. The interview was with the manager and the team leader for the position they wanted me for. That interview was very straightforward. it was only 20-30 minutes. Just standard behavioral interview questions. Later I would receive an official offer letter.
