2 interview process - first with the manager, then with peers. Tough, thoughtful questions. They intentionally balance the peer group with outgoing, reserved and serious personalities to ensure you can mesh with everyone. They told me up front that they were interviewing about 20-25 people to hire 4.

First one with HR
Second one with manager
Third one with the manager of icenter. The first Interview was very easy, the typical interview with HR.
The second one was very technical and required strong experience. The third one was a matter of know better myself as a candidate.
