There was a Group Discussion followed by a Personal Interview. The Panel included Head HR, Sales Director, Regional Head and Training Manager. Interview process overall was short and swift.
The Resume shortlisting criteria were as per industry standards and the GD/PI processes were optimally managed

Hiring Manager and Regional Manager 60 Mins max was expected to provide P60's copies of Pay Slips and Evidence of Opportunities Won. Hiring Manager asked Questions while the other took copious notes and then reversed questioning of examples and situations involving how i build pipeline and win business and develop and and nature client relationship.
Interview with Japanes management was in unformal way.
The local Russian staff is very experienced and qualified. The interview with them was quiet frutful.
As an advice - need to clean up the office.
