The first stage was a phone interview where they call you and ask motivational and behavioral questions. It was pretty straight forward and what you would expect from a phone screen.

The phone interview was pretty relaxed, the graduate recruitment manager just asked a mix of behavioral questions and motivation questions. For example, A time where you made a mistake and what you did to fix it, why I wanted to work at Dimension Data, etc .
