In every division the interview may be different, one I interviewed for was like this: 1st Stage - Peer Programming 2nd Stage - Assessment 3rd Stage - Culture Fit interview Then an offer is made.

In the 1st stage the interview will focus on your programming skills. This is probably an importan stage as it may determine you knowledge and skills level, and if you're to move forward to the second stage and complete the assignment.

Preguntas sobre conocimiento en distintos lenguajes muy sencillas más o menos son unas 5 después de la entrevista personal y después valoración de las mismas.
Después te preguntarán por el salario solicitado (antes de hacerte la oferta) y si cuadras en la posición requerida.
